Welcome to our NRA blended basic pistol course!

This course is designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of pistol safety, operation, and marksmanship skills. We offer two ways to complete the course remotely.

Option 1 – NRA Online Course, finish with me at the range

  1. Register for the blended basic pistol course with the NRA by going to their website onlinetraining.nra.org The online portion of the course costs $60 and can be completed at your own pace.
  2. After completing the online portion, contact us to schedule a time to meet in person for the live-fire portion of the course. We will review the material covered in the online portion and answer any questions you may have before moving on to the live-fire portion.
  3. Prior to meeting, make sure you have all necessary equipment for the live-fire portion, such as eye and ear protection. If you need help obtaining any of these items, please let us know and we’ll be happy to assist you.
  4. When you arrive, we’ll conduct the live-fire portion of the course, which will include shooting drills and safety instruction. Our experienced instructors will be with you every step of the way to ensure that you’re comfortable and confident with your pistol.
  5. After the live-fire portion is complete, we’ll issue a certificate of completion to you if you pass the course. This certificate is proof that you’ve completed the course and can be presented to employers or other organizations as needed.
